I have kinda known this is nearly impossible since my early teens, so I never bothered. I wish I was gay, because it sucks being sexually attracted to people you have almost nothing in common with and therefore can't be friends with. Also, marriage is something I've never wanted to get myself into. I just want a woman who is my best friend with the added benefits of exclusivity, cuddling and fucking. No shared assets, no kids, nothing to get in the way of that. But I know it's not happening so it is what it is.
