Do I really need to count calories and turn eating into a job to gain weight? Why does everything have to be so incredibly hard? Is it really worth it when gains aren't even permanent?
>>82195282 (OP) If you dont enjoy eating, then yea. It's what I had to do. I was around 115lbs at 18. Now im around 185lbs. Still dont like eating loads of food, but I do it so I dont look like someone from a prison camp and because I am prone to lung collapses.
>>82195419 I would do BK in that case but it's still expensive. That's the other problem, because skinny is more affordable.

>>82195282 (OP) hi so yeah, but like, it's still easy. eat lots of rice, peanut butter, and oats in all of your meals and you'll EASILY gain weight especially if you end up forcing yourself to eat peanut butter
>>82195560 if you intuitively eat calorie dense food like the one i mentioned, you'll gain weight without having to track. but if you never gain weight then you simply aren't eating enough and should track. that's the 'easy' concept

>>82195282 (OP) >turn eating into a job to gain weight? >to gain weight Fuck off. No you don't have to do jackshit. Wanna get fat? Chug grease, eat a cart of eggs for dinner, pour bulk protein into water. No You don't have to "count calories", you can just enjoy life
The optimal method is to cycle water fasting into bulking. Nothing is permanent, retard. You'll die if you stop breathing.

Drink like a half a gallon of milk a day with protein powder and eggs.

>>82195282 (OP) so many skinny guys fall for the go to the gym meme. If you are a healthy weight or below you should only go to the gym for your cardiovascular health. Women don't give a fuck about muscles it's like tits for guys. Small tits and big tits are good. Fat guys on the other hand should count calories to lose weight because fat is a huge debuff in terms of facial attractiveness
>>82198225 I'm 5'6 115lbs I'm imagining your body and you're pretty fucking thin. It's not for me, I like being thin but I also like my muscles and I want more muscle. I want to get to 130 and see what I think about it. If I was tall I'd be yuuge it is what it is.

There's lean skinny and there's Auschwitz skinny. No one is attracted to the latter.
>>82195282 (OP) Basically, yes. I also have very low appetite and the most effective thing for me is milk. A half gallon of whole milk is 1200 calories and very doable over a day. That's almost half your daily calories if you're really skinny and want to gain for a just few bucks. Fill the rest out with mashed potatoes, rice, ground beef or whatever protein you can get.
It takes a while to gain weight. A pound per week is considered fast lol just stick with it
>>82195282 (OP) Do you not enjoy food? Why is it so hard for you to gain weight?

>>82199847 >Sugar is good for you Depends on how much and on your level of physical activity. During workouts? Yeah, it's great for short term energy.
Chugging huge amounts of added sugar on a daily basis? Not bueno. Regular milk is better and already has sugar. Anyway, I also love choccy milk but it's not good for regular consumption

>>82195282 (OP) >Is it really worth it when gains aren't even permanent? not hard. you can eyeball it. pay attention to serving sizes and how many eggs. then just add on 300-500 calories. do this daily. you probably went up a few pounds in a week.
