Objective morality just doesn't exist without God. Rape is seen as OK in India and Pakistan, bombing children is seen as OK in Israel, horrific gluttony and making your children obese is seen as OK in the US, there's literally zero argument against these things unless your framework is above human thought.

Granted you SHOULD be able to break down why YOUR morality has better outcomes, christian doctrine is a good shorthand but I think anyone serious SHOULD meditate on why it's a good morality to hold, but still, if there really IS nothing other than the material, there's no real good reason not to live your best at the expense of others if you just dont care about them.
