I remember during 2015-2017 YouTube had this craze over dark net where its a place people hire hitmen, but drugs and weapons and even watch live streams of people being tortured. Then I go there and all drug selling sites seem to scammy looking and there are no live streams of such proclivities since tor is so slow.
