I think 10+ years of isolation has made me a bit crazy. I constantly talk to myself, purposfully avoid socializing with others unless it's online or if I have to (like making an order on the phone or something) and have uncontrollable emotions and thoughts. Is there anybody who can relate to what I'm going through?

yes. now what? that's not gonna help you. only way for betterment is direct constant exposure. but neither of us is gonna do that so. what's the point? this thread is just mental masturbation

You can start the path to recovery in many ways. I'd suggest first talking to yourself in the mirror, then to animals, then to old people, then to normies.

Same, OP. Except that I've basically gone 20 years. I know I am doomed, and doubly so as an autist.
At this point, I'd just like to get some unpaid pussy before the sweet release of death.

Similar. 32 now and outside of family, I don't talk to anyone and it's been that way since high school. Occasionally I try to reach out randomly to strangers online, but I just don't have the motivation to stick with it even when the interactions are pleasant.

If I'm crazy then so be it. A life of peace and quiet all alone until the end ain't that bad.
