Sometimes I think having a chronic illness like cancer is preferable to being healthy and living a life where you only exist to work 80% of the time. Nobody enjoys work, even if it is their passion. Nobody enjoys sitting around doing nothing all day either, but it's the lesser evil to being a slave to money.

Mental problems are literally impossible to prove if they aren't physiological and only purported by second-rate psychiatrists that feel bad for their patients and then accepted by also second-rate government officials that declare the person mentally deficient and give them free money to solve all their problems. Do you realize that barely 50 years ago that psychiatrists believed it was a good idea to drill a hole into your skull and remove part of your brain in order to cure severe mental problems? That's the level of competency we're dealing with.

Damn, so if I'm not clinically depressed then I'm just doomed to deal with a life of misery caused by deep emotional issues that even the best psychiatrists are too stupid to understand. What a great career field. Seems like any stupid asshole can be a psychiatrist by those standards and make great money too
