That study has certain problems. For example, it doesn't take into account a lot of people with 0 or 1 premarital partner are usually religious people for whom a divorce would mean their whole community would shun them. It doesn't necessarily mean they will have a happy marriage.

The graph itself shows oscillations (lower divorce rates for 2-9 partners and higher after that) and not a linear trend. For 9+ it probably starts to correlate with other negative influences in life. Plus the number of people interviewed was like a few 1000, not really representative statistic.

There are also some other bad methodology and data analysis in that study but I am too lazy to go over it.

I hate those IFS christcuck studies they always post. If someone has 9+ partners they probably have a personality disorder, of course their marriage is unstable. If a normal person has 100 partners and then gets married I would posit that their marriage is just as stable as a normal person with 0 partners.
