I use an M3 MacBook Air, before anyone says Macs are shit. I get 20 hour battery life while playing HOI4 and Football Manager on it. That's all I need.

Elitebooks always seemed better but they just aren't as popular with neckbeards. 2570p had a socketted CPU and an easy-access (no screws) bottom panel. The equivalent x230 didn't. I remember Lenovo also put in some wifi card whitelist for some reason which was frustrating. I'm checking out the market today and it still seems like Elitebooks tend to be less restrictive.

I think it extends to the anything you want to put on the WLAN slot. Can be bypassed by flashing a free (as in freedom) bios.
