I live in a Euro country, so I have universal healthcare. Still, I've never needed it because I'm ridiculously healthy and slow-aging. I've always been slim and I avoid fast-food. I look several years younger than I am. I've never spent more than some hours in a hospital and that was over 10yrs ago. Didn't get covid because I was a shut-in during the pandemic. Perfect bloodwork and the blood pressure of the average woman 10yrs younger than me. Very little stress as I take it easy with an office job and no debt. My only vice is alcohol, but only from time to time.
My parents are the same so I suspect I've lucked out on genetics. My dad is 58 and slim/fit with hair on his head, despite many years of semi-alcoholism. My mom looks 10yrs younger than she is. My grandparents tend to live into their late 80s - early 90s and are not senile at the time of their deaths.

I pay for health insurance and haven't been to any sort of medical facility in years
