A teenager who does not have role models, friend groups, and is unaccepted by society will have to learn how to assimilate into the complex and scary world by themselves (which theywillfail at.) Without the guidance from others during this period of development, it would be hard to find a sense of identity and a consistent direction and purpose in life. They become ambivalent and vacillating; erratically shifting from one direction in life to another. The "brain fog" and "lack of discipline" you're experiencing isn't because of your diet or your lack of exercise it's because you're an ugly awkward autist who could never find a normal male friend group to assimilate into gender roles and play sports
