Does anyone else find that driving improves their mental health? Maybe it's because I live in a pretty rural area

Depends on what you're driving, when you're driving, and why you're driving. Commuting in traffic is the special hell reserved for people who touch children. And the city gives away driver's licenses way too easily. They need to make that test WAY harder.
