Yeah, but this is a high risk industry and the first time an escort gets raped you're going to get sued and the escort will probably win. You'd need a strict policy of never going anywhere private, only meeting in public locations and not going to secondary locations. It's more like rent a dinner date at that point which would still probably be successful desu.
