Back again, here's another dice game for you. Allegedly it was a game the executioners of Christ played to pass out his belongings so it's history is spicy.
French name is called Passe-dix and Passage in English. The game is played with three dice that has a banker or house. You roll the dice until you get a matching pair and add the total of the pair and the single die to see your score. If you score ten or below you lose, if you score higher than ten you "pass" and win the pot between you and the banker.
Other people can place bets on whether or not you pass 10. They bet the over or under on your score against the bank. If they bet the "under" they are betting you will get 10 or below. Betting the "over" means they're betting on you to get above ten.
