The first time, he got his ass kicked in human form, threw a hissy fit and went oozaru because he knew Goku couldn't since he lost his tail, and then got his ass kicked by a fatass, manlet and child. Goku then spared his life. The second time, Vegeta was an even bigger pussy, letting Babidi mind control him for a steroid boost and even then Goku sandbagged by not going SSJ3 because he knew if he did and wiped the floor with Vegeta his fragile ego would never recover, then Vegeta attacked him from behind like a coward when the match was already put on hold. Total pussy through and through, meanwhile Goku remained a class act and considered Vegeta's feelings, which just made Vegeta seethe even more.
