the funny thing is, none of this fucking matters. you will eventually be approached by a guy you find attractive, go on dates and get married. A) It's more economical to buy the giant carton of ice cream. It goes in the freezer, for all you know she was buying it to last months. (I myself can only eat small amounts of ice cream at a time).
B) Their bodies work the same as yours does. She's not pigging out on gallons of ice cream just because she's tall. If she's getting 10% of her calories from ice cream, then she's NOT eating something else to not gain weight (or she's working it off, whatever).
C: Ice cream isn't really that calorically dense. A cup of ice cream is roughly ~130 calories. That's roughly the same as a cookie or a donut. A half cup of ice cream, a cup of milk, and some protein powder and you've got a relatively healthy low calorie snack at ~230 calories and ~35g protein. That's a better or equal protein to calorie ratio than most protein bars.
60c from ice-cream, 100c milk, 70c whey protein powder
2p ice-cream, 8p milk, ~25p.
If you were unaware of any of the above numbers or points, then it's no wonder you were doing so badly in:re dieting.

One last tip: look into fasting. Zero calories for 2-3 days at a time. Improves complexion, and fixes a lot of health issues. If you want to go past day 4 you'll want potassium and sodium, but up to three days is fine without.
