Hello
I got locked up for some stuff (they transferred me to a hospital though)
They put me on probation
They said I have to go to an RRP (residential rehabilitation program)
I went to the RRP
I left
They put me back into the hospital
I said I wanted to leave
So I left the hospital


Since I violated probation by not going to the RRP will I get a warrant out for my arrest? Will I go to jail? My brother is telling me I will go to jail and there will be a warrant out for my arrest

Your brother is probably right. Maybe call someone and say you were sick or something, you might just get a "don't miss another meeting" warning or something if you're lucky (and manage to be convincing).

it's hard to say without knowing the specifics of your case, but if going to the RPR was a condition of your probation you should expect a violation.

you should communicate with your probation officer about what happened, and they will tell you what to do next. I wouldn't be too scared about a first violation as long as you communicate and the original offense wasn't too severe. at most maybe a weekend in jail which is nothing

What is wrong with criminals that they're so outlandishly stupid? I'm not even a conservative but do you know how hard it is to care about you people when you self inflict all these things? If they put on you probation you need to follow the terms. If you have to go to RRP then you have to go. You can't just not go. You're gonna go back to prison now for violating your terms unless you can beg and plead retardation to your PO or judge or whatever the fuck. God damn dude, like, why??

Did you think the court was just fucking about when they ordered you to do it? It's all a big deal. You need to call whoever is in charge of you and start apologizing and promising to never do it again. If you're on probation they don't want you in prison so make it easy for them and act like you're deeply sorry for fucking up and won't do it again.

Lmao if i was in unfavorable circumstances I would be going on the first flight to Indonesia (Bali), Thailand (Bangkok), Vietnam, or Brazil. They typically do not extradite USA citizens there so that would be my choices in order if I was in some trouble
