It used to happen to me as a scrawny 5'10 east asian kid during high school all the time. Now at 30 I can't even attract a 40 year old post-wall woman, but people told me it should get easier lol.

I was like one of four white kids in my clasd (Southern black school). I dated an extremely beautiful blonde all through high school because I was like her only option lol. Probably should've married her because now I don't get any interest from women.

I was fat and had acne as a teen
I lost a shit-ton of weight and I'm still too insecure to leave the house, AND I'm ugly anyway
My jawline is uneven, I have acne scarring, horrible eyebags and below average height (I live in the Netherlands). I'll need thousands worth of cosmetic work and even then I'll be average at best

back in middle school one of the most popular chicks allegedly had a crush on me. she even showed a few signs, like randomly hugging me, finding ways to make physical contact in gym class, and sometimes randomly looking at me. i dont even know why though, i was skinny as hell and socially awkward. then i became invisible in high school and beyond. and yeah, it doesnt get easier as you get older unless you have a glow up.

I've had some hotties hit on me despite me being a 6/10 at best on a good day and 4/10 on a bad day. so not lookswise,
But every single one of them has been incredibly emotionally immature, incredibly boring or just plain dumb. I'm pretty sure most of them just thought they could take advantage of me emotionally or financially because I look like a total dweeb.

I do get mistaken for younger, regularly. My problem isn't looking haggard, its attracting women my age or at least someone in their mid 20s, my appeal got stuck at impressionable teenage girls - its ridiclious how I still get catcalled by them, but older women don't see any appeal.
