Pills won't do anything at that dose without an anti androgen, you need to do injections or a really high pill dose for mono. And you'll have more problems with your dick if you do that than if you take bicalutamide since your balls will stop making t naturally.

Bicalutamide doesn't reduce your natural hormones, it blocks the androgen receptors so more of your testosterone ends up aromtizing into estrogen. There's also studies showing it doesn't have a huge effect on bone density or the testicles.

But you can take it with estrogen.
