If in all seriousness you shouldn't. Try hard socializing, find something you love. DnD is a great thing - If you could make friends that way it would be great. Maybe start a video-blog with okay editing to stop from thinking of the day. Don't kill yourself, turn the ship, you have at least 40 more years in you.
