I'm currently alone, I'm very bored and unfulfilled, yet I don't do anything. I have a few ideas about projects to do and stuff but I don't really give a shit when I think about it. work sucks but I'm bearing it for the time being. my friends are playing together and don't even invite me. I'm questioning if I even have friends anymore.

basically I can't enjoy my own company and life feels like prison

I started doing some light bwf exercising at home 2 months ago, about 30 minutes 3x a week, but it's not much of a workout like you could get at the gym. it's just the bare minimum to keep myself moving as I almost never leave house. apart from some strenght, it hasn't really improved my mood or situation

thanks, yes I save and invest some although I don't have much use for the money since I don't know what to spend it on. at least it will be there if I ever need it in the future.
