Is it actually bad to only eat one meal per day? All the webpages on the first page of google when I search it says that it's bad, but I've been doing it for a month now and feel and look a lot better as a result. I only felt like passing out a few times starting this week.

if you're on this board you don't really care for your mental health so why care for your body? also you get one life why waste it eating healthy shit and then die wishing you ate more bacon

the only bad diet is eating less than 2400 calories in a 24 hour period. Any variation on that wether it's one meal or 3 (recommended) or 6 (body builder) is just splitting hairs.
That being said eating too big a meal can stress the colon and lead to vomitting which damages the throat and costs calories. The sudden daily insulin spikes can also stress the body and lead to development of type 2 diabetes. The safest diet is 3 square meals with snacking in between to keep metabolism at a steady rate but if that's too much then 3 a day is fine. 6 is only for bodybuilders and only because they need to constantly keep intaking calories as the body calories producing muscles, leading to reduced daily calories. also just having muscles burns more calories. muscles aren't fat. they are the equivalent of never switching off a car's engine

It depends on what your physical activities are, your height and the electrolytes you take in.
You definitely need sugar and salt, at the very least, every day. I have an extremely hard time believing people who say they go on water fasts for 3 days or more.

The healthy max is 0. If you are over that number, you're not healthy.

i dont understand how laziness can cause people to skip meals. it doesnt take that long and you get to enjoy some delicious food...your food IS delicious, right? Don't make me break out the "white peepo dun seson dey food" meme

I care for my body because I'm a narcissist who is addicted to female validation and liking what I see in the mirror. I value these things more than eating tasty food so I'll regret nothing,

I've done at least three 7+ day water fasts (longest was 10 days). And you can definitely go on longer ones too.
You definitely don't need sugar. As for salt, depends on your lifestyle and stress level. I use both distilled and high-mineral water during fasts and drink whatever I feel a craving for in the moment. However, you can definitely go more than 3 days without salt, it's only after the first week where that becomes a concern. It's important not to binge-drink water when you're not thirsty just to fill your stomach.
