This is actually retarded. Why are you deadlifting twice in a row? Why are you only doing deadlifts, pullups, and shoulder presses? This is the worst split I have ever seen in my life and the volume is way too low. The carb cycling also doesn't make any sense and why are you low carb on the day you run?

Just do StrongLifts 5x5 ffs. Do 3 30minute cardio sessions a week. Doing yoga daily is perfect.

im cutting since i eat fourteen hundred calories a day i run after high carb day
the carb cycling reduces carbs in terms of my rest days so i cut fat instead of muscle

also the protein is a minimum im aiming for one hundred grams a day minimum but could be around one fifty grams protein

for carbs those are maximum amounts and low carb days could be like ten carbs if i just ate chicken eggs and whey that day
for calories the deficit is gonna be seven hundred at fourteen hundred calories eaten in the day six days a week and one day where i eat two thousand calories

There is zero evidence of what you said and is total broscience except for tje calorie cutting (crash dieting is harmful) and you using muscle as an energy sourcd. Doing zone 2 cardio utilizes fat directly and spares your glycogen, which is replaced by carbs (which can lead to being skinnyfat). Lifting heavy build muscle, which is what you don't want to lose because more muscle = more passive calorie burning.
