What I'm saying is that people in general will take advantage of offers made to them, and it is profitable for businesses to market to blacks. There is no subterfuge, there are economic business decisions which people then label as a conspiratorial agenda.
What i am saying though, is that the net outcome of either explanation for this behavior is roughly equivalent, even if the cause and motivations are entirely different.
