Reincarnation is not limited to human beings, you can be reincarnated into an animal or even a being outside of Earth or the Universe

Also reincarnating within your same bloodline gets the priority over anything else. That means if you breed with gook or a nigger you have doomed yourself to risk reincarnating as a nig or a chink later in your bloodline

For the same reason that it's impossible to be "born a woman in a man's body", it is impossible to "reincarnate as (You)rself."
(You) are an extension of your parents and all of your ancestors before them. What you call your mind is an extension of your brain, and that is an organ of your body. If you believe in a soul, then the soul must fundamentally be tied to your parents. You could not have been anyone else even in your neighborhood.
