Guys fighting can lead to death. People can and do die from just a single punch. Otherwise you're dealing with bruises, fractures and brain damage. You can still lose an eye in those fights and people have, you just need to get a bad punch that breaks your eye socket(orbital bones) and your eye can be irrecoverable.
