This year I've felt better than ever before. I was never into drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, etc because I was constantly reminded of what they do to people. Everyone around me always did some combination of them. Many family members had awful health, which kept getting worse until they either died or became invalids. My choice to not do any of that wasn't as effective as I wished it was. I've breathed in cigarette smoke from 2-4 different smokers every day of my life, since I've always lived with family and spent all my time indoors. These days they're using oxygen machines and they still smoke cigarettes every day. Other than eating raw meat, I eat unsalted pasteurized butter, raw eggs, some fruits, and fermented raw meat. I've tried moldy berries in the past but it probably wasn't a good idea considering how bad the chemical treatments are for storebought berries. They also have thin pregnable skin and it would be too tedious to skin them. Regardless, I didn't feel any negative effects from eating them. Aside from what I eat, I try to minimize toxin exposure whenever possible. If I had it my way I obviously wouldn't be breathing in other people's cigarette smoke all day, nor would I be breathing in their cooking fumes, laundry detergent, dish soap, bleach, air fresheners, scented trash bags, perfume, etc. I haven't used soap in any context since late 2022 when I started eating raw meat. I got rid of as much synthetic fiber as I could in the items I use. Believe it or not, inhaling petrochemical lint isn't healthy. I also take hot baths for 90 minutes at a time with the water at 102-110 degrees fahrenheit. I put epsom salt and raw vinegar in the bathwater to neutralize some of the toxins found in municipal water. The main goal is to force detoxification via sweating and have the sweat diffuse in the bathwater. There's also a theory that hardened plaque in your lymphatic system from plant oils and other things can be melted at those temperatures.
