How do I fix my diet?
I got rid of social media and restricted my porn consumption, but weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise, so where do I start?
>consume a lot of soda
>eat candy occasionally

I help you anon because I am nice and had the same problems for most of my life :)
Cut off all that junk food, if you really have to then only drink soda with zero cal. Eat a lot of meat and other high protein foods. They have low cal per g and make you feel full. Eat some veggies as well and fruits to keep the cravings of sweets away. Most of this is a mindset desu. Working out a bit also helps but you don't have to do it. Also very important the food you should taste good otherwise you will simply go for junk food again so learn how to cook.

Switching to diet soda is a good place to start. The calories add up super fast in soda.

Just doing that without any other changes dropped me 5 lbs in a month.

Drink Water.
Limit Soda to one small/average glass a day. No exceptions.
Limit candy/snacks to only 1-2 days a week. Not every day.
Eat better quality foods. A good start is protein like boiled eggs on toast, or scrambled or however you like.
Eating chicken with vegetables.
Greek Yogurt with berries mixed in. (normal flavored yogurts are bad avoid).
Find what foods you like that are normal foods. What do I mean by normal food? Stuff that is from an animal or from the ground. Not processed shit like mac n cheese, etc.
Anyways anon, i wish you luck. I just started today myself. I only drank water today and I had a stew for dinner.
I walked for 15 minutes in my backyard.
I weigh 140 kg, its about 290 pounds.
I'm going to stick with it this time.

Keto sounds like a meme but it really does work. I lost about 50 pounds in no time at all by avoiding carbs. Just make sure to drink a lot of coffee at the beginning
