it's if you're an active danger to yourself or others the hotline sends police. So long as you weren't suicidal, you'll be fine.

Its okay to have that distrust in the state, but just know the ways they can actually hurt you.

You'll be okay anon, just do what you can to improve your situation. Being willing to call thw hotline was a good step, maybe you can look at other things you distrust and try them now.
