Okay listen the prussian king would have never accepted the kaiser crown from the frankfurt parliament. He said it himself it was a gutter crown not worth of a king. He would not only would have made enemies with every single monarch in europe but also with the biggest rulers in germany who would have not joined the new germany constinutal empire. And don't forget how monarches back the thought their power was divine -god given- and not granted by some commoners from a parlament. Still a great what if scenario and very op in vic 2 if you can pull it off.
