That's a green flag.
The biggest red flags, especially around these parts, are claims of AvPD or getting nervous easily. They're essentially an announcement that you're going to be led on, I've seen it half a dozen times.

These ones are off the top of my head. I don't think any of those are deal-beakers by themselves, but they make me go "hold the fuck up" and could potentially lead me to breaking things off. There are also things I consider to be deal-breakers, but I suppose that's for another thread.
