Does anyone on /r9k/ like reptiles or own them? Let's discuss reptiles.

I'm considering getting one of these. A standings day gecko. Has anyone had one? How is owning one? I heard theyre like other geckos but need less humidity.

I have owned several other geckos, Tokays and a leopard gecko. They had to be rehomed or died when I went to jail. Not in jail anymore .Need something my mom can take care of if i get locked up or psych warded again. I have a blue tongued skink that is over 25 years old currently, owned him since I was like 8. He survived me going to jail my mom fed him fruit and cat food. He likes ground beef or cat/dog food and fruits.

bearded dragons seem easy to take care of, and they're pretty cute and fun to hang out with.

They look to be cool but I don't like their appearance personally. I like geckos and monitors.

I have a ball python, as for the day gecko i think you cant really handle them well becous the skin rips of of them. Also please fuckkng give us the jail story!!

get a tegu. you seem like a responsible person who can handle one

Get an iguana, I miss mine all the time. Very relaxed and well tempered pet especially if you raise it from a baby and easy to take care of. Just get it a very very very big cage
