one online (which i don't talk to very often nowadays despite us exchanging some memes everyday), zero irl
i get along with him quite nicely, for all intents and purposes
he has my full trust and support with anything i can help with, and i know i can count on him when things get too rough
despite us not talking much, or him not being around that much either, we know we have each other so it's not so bad

i still wish i had more frens though, it does get quite lonely

I still hang out with a couple of friends from high school, but I'm sort of realizing one of them is a covert narcissist and the other is a full-blown narcissist.

I don't think anyone would care about me or want to be my friend unless they had some ulterior motive.

I have 8 close frens irl. 13 if you include more distant frens. I have several online frens and can't keep an accurate count, but I only consider myself close with 5 of them.

At what point is someone your friend?
Thhere's this guy at school that I've had a few classes with and we sometimes hang out a few minutes inbetween classes or walk around together during breaks. But I don't see him outside school at all and don't always search him out when I see him.
That's the only person beside family, teachers and other people who's job it is to talk to me that I interact with.
