I was pretty much drunk or buzzed the entirety of my last job. It lasted about a year before I felt like my body was about to fucking die so I quit the job and drinking

I still have a 3 drink minimum before any social event, but it's worth looking into treating the underlying mental illness that's causing you to behave like that.

Even if you have to get on some kind of meds, it's not as bad as becoming an alcoholic.

Went in the disabled toilet and threw up all over the place. Cleaned up and drove home safe and sound without telling the unfortunate zoomer working that his day just got worse.

I used to drink a lot and become a menace. I used it to cope with emotions. Now I sip a beer or 2 after work or on the weekends. I don't care about anything anymore, not even drinking.

all of that is already within you, dipshit. all the drugs do is induce the state of mind forcibly, and alcohol is very much a drug. you can be just as stupid, brave, horny, confident, social and whatever else while being sober or on a compound that is objectively less harmful.

Those inhibitions are actually good and how I prefer my ego to remain day to day. If I didn't have them my life would be a wreck and just because I drink doesn't mean they disappear either. I don't need them either but booze helps and weed makes me veg out thinking to myself.

im anachan. alcohol is too many calories and gets me bloated af

i'm rarely in social situations to begin with, so that's not really the issue. my main issue is i find it too easy to start drinking for any reason or no reason (like damn i gotta go to the store or damn my gf just yelled at me again) and before i know it i'm half a bottle deep, which is not healthy and not necessary. at least i have self-awareness and some level of self-control.
