27 here. Suicidal ideation has followed me around since age 11 but in recent years it's reached fever pitch. I'm not dead set on 27 specifically but I strongly doubt I'll see 30.

25 yo here and I'm trying to install linux now because of this. MS has already folded in my mind with the recent Windows 11 shenanigans. But why can't you just figure out how to do everything you need offline? That's my ultimate plan anyway. It used to be that you pay for a better service than you can get otherwise. Nowadays you pay for a worse service, with unskippable ads, that's only marginally better than no service at all.

I grew up being force fed with algorithms. The amount of juice I've been kept from by not just organizing and doing all this stuff myself is insane.

i agree completely, windows 11 is spyware, i finally after months of delaying updates changed to linux mint.
not speaking concerning spotify for myself i allways stick with my mp3s.

If you were going to kys you would have done it already. All you're doing by fantasizing about offing yourself at a later date is allow yourself to let your life turn to shit, and in the end you won't off yourself so you will only have increased your own suffering for no reason.
