Probably. Start with maybe stop expecting things. I've only realized recently a lot of my unhappiness and resentment and anger was stemming from that. It literally will never be the perfect Ideal even if you try your best to make it so and the expectation for it is kinda delusional. I've always thought maybe I didn't deserve love or gf/bf but it's not that exactly but I don't know what the answer is though for that feeling.
