Yeah, it'd have to be small like that. I don't know if they'd still be good after all of this time though, you'd probably have to refurbish them because the explosive charge might be a dud. I'd just guess that the OP is from an explosives factory or something blowing up. It'd explain why the guy filming it was filming it.
