Used to, made no difference in my life besides having more energy. In fact, it made a negative impact on my public image since normie retards and boomers equate muscle mass with being a brainless idiot obsessed with the gym and lifting weights. The average NPC retard cant grasp discipline and a rigorous routine designed around improving ones own wellbeing and physical health. Now that im not as jacked, people are tolerable to be around without watching the constant barrage of their insecurities and feelings of inferiority. My self improvement journey showed me how pathetic the average person really is and how easy it is to trigger them by simply existing.
