Just came back from a long run in the freezing rain. I'm pretty sure I've set the conditions for a cold in 2-3 days, but that run felt invigorating. Feels gud.

I like cycling in the rain too.

I used to cycle all the time when I lived on-campus at university. LONG rides, some of which of course included getting poured on.

I'll be fine; I'm in great shape (150 lbs at 6'0") and the last time I got 'sick' was when I had a BAD tooth abscess. The tooth's gone now.

Running in the rain or snow is very comfy. I generally hate running, but doing it in bad weather makes me feel tougher and more motivated.

I did it in the snow earlier this year with a hoodie and shorts. I can now say I understand why some people dress like that; it's amazing. Gloves and headgear too, of course.
