>>83010957 (OP) >Why did you become a fat fuck?
Mental illness and demoralization and no hope, with food being an easy constant source of feeling alright for a little
I undid it all over the last couple years though. Lost 220 lbs
Mentally I am worse than I've ever been and it's hard to not just go back. I tried to become normal after I became human-shaped and found out I'm not capable and it wasn't the fatness holding me back

Food is the only comfort many of us have, it shouldn't surprise you that everyone is getting fatter, but once you understand that you're a slave to your base mind, once you accept that you're addicted to the food that tastes best, you can make changes for the better.

False. Pretty much all of my family with one exception (who died of cancer) is slim or average.
We just don't particularly enjoy eating and we almost never eat deep-fried stuff and pork. We also don't drink sodas at all.
I would never allow myself to get fat. Almost everyone I know who is seriously sick is fat. Fat doesn't just make you ugly and disgusting, it also makes your life worse and quickens aging and death. Literally 18 cancers and cardiovascular disease are all linked to being fat. You're probably better off smoking and drinking like my grandpa who is 83 and has been in and out of alcoholism for his entire life. But he's been slim for his entire life so he is in far better shape than 90% of people his age.

Sugar free Ice tea is a good substitute for soda. It's cheap, and idk what it is they put in sugar free ice tea, but it tastes exactly like it contains sugar.
>eat way too much >really great at cooking and putting things together and always have over 9000 good ideas for meals >throw up my food a lot >get ravenously hungry afterwards and end up replacing what I puked half the time >bad moonface and hair is as thin as tissue paper
Feels bad man

my parents were too lazy to cook, i remember us having a month or week, where we just ate macdonalds or fast food almost every day, after a point, i thought it was a terrible living condition, there was also a phase where my dad was just obsessed with pancakes for some reason

are you now?
that's still gay, but i'll give you a pass since you're an architect :^)
tell me about your job then, i haven't spoken to many architects so, what's a day of work look like to you?
also, what do you like to do in your free time?
me i'm a software developer and i like the usual, like games, reading manga, etc.
but i also like to cook, cycle around the city sometimes, and talk to people here
My parents are fat, and gave me bad eating habits ever since I was a kid. I ate a lot of junk food as a teen because it was one of the only comforts I had as a depressed, friendless loser. I got fat before I was even old/mature enough to really care about what I was doing to myself, and now I feel like i'm stuck in a pit I can't crawl out of.
