Genuinely, how do you fix your mind after middle school and HS and look forward?

t. 18yo in HS who has already fumbled a few chances because I gave up halfway through HS

Not sure. I was a real fuckin idiot as a teenager. Somewhere in my 20s I just started to get better, I think like 23.

Granted I also had a shit ton of social pressure to become normal(ish) or die so I think that helped

Got married at 19. Divorced at 22. Single dad so I haven't dated again.
