i don't really know how to deal with people like this other than simply cutting off interaction with them
mom used to be remarkably similar in behavior... on the minus side it really sucked and i felt really bad for not giving in sometimes which just made me crack the next time and then regret giving in
on the plus side, i'm able to hold my ground now and sniff out such dirty tactics from a mile away

Start by getting a lock for your door and don't give her a key. If she keeps up the guilt tripping behavior just don't respond or justify yourself, women use your emotions as leverage

This is a combination of the english language that does not translate to "You want me to die if you don't let me in your room constantly" (in male speak) but rather translates to "This works on you so I am going to use it". Find a way to lock your door, and then when she complains about it you can say "You'll live. You'll be fine. You're being dramatic".

It's a pathetic control tactic to deal with the fact that she no longer has control over you like when you were young.
Mine always goes through my drawers to "clean up" even when it's clean, and when she found my sex toy she screamed at me how it's disgusting. So don't go through other people's things? Oh but if I wanted to borrow socks or something I'm not allowed to go through her drawers. I ended up cutting it up and throwing it out because she kept giving me dirty looks.
