You're being obtuse. It's not just being a woman. It's becoming essentially the opposite of what you (I) are. Life as you know it changing drastically with none of the organic attachment/development to anything at all as one should feasibly get as they grow up as themselves. It would be an increadibly traumatizing, disorienting, and depressing change. If I were born as such, and that's the life I know, and only knew then that's far different.

then spend some time looking into selling my excess stuff (clothes, maybe car if my workplace isn't far), and looking into changing jobs if my job isn't related to what i currently do now (software)

Web stalk my former self to figure out what happen to my body and stuff, while being extremely pissed that all my stuff and money are gone and now I am stuck as some fucking broke bitch.
Depending on results, plan a trip for my former location to retrieve as much as my property as possible and secure it so that I can use it both in the swap body or my former body if I get it back, but if my former body is being inhabited they can't access my shit nor can the former inhabitant of the swap body access it if they don't have my mind (if that makes sense, I am to tired to rewrite it for greater clarity).

From there I would look into the means of the swap, be it science, magic, or something else. There would likely be some sort of clues and if I could figure it out I could use such power to my advantage. Hell, if I figure it out I could potentially live forever. Granted it's a sort of evil method of life extension, but still.
