It depends on your personality but these are two realistic options:
1) get a visa and work in your country of choice. With enough income, you basically have the highest SMV you can possibly achieve so dating will be easy for you.
2) Try to create an online presence through art and media. Men will often collaborate and talk to you. You can possibly find at least one person to become your discord mongrel.
