I'm just very depressed and work is making things worse I have very bad social anxiety I want to try and socialize with people at work but everyone is in their own little groups I can't approach anybody and I really really miss me girlfriend or rather ex girlfriend, I really want to cry right now

have you ever considered something like meetup anon? its for people that want to socialize so the people tend to be friendlier. there were plenty of awkward people there as well so you wont be judged as harshly if your anxious and awkward.
anyways cutting is not productive in addressing your problems.
