It's white plus whatever because everyone hates non white men and sees them as less human. I'm not joking look at all the successful media any time there's an interraical couple the man is always white because white men are easy to self insert into it's why even in anime the men all look more white american/europeon than any asian like traits. the asian men are always angry and hate themselves but they desperately want to be white or look white so they draw themselves white looking and if the series is haremish the girls look foreign as fuck, sometimes they double back and decide asian traits are likable again and make the winning girl look a bit more asian like, long black hair ect but most of the time the most popular girl always looks foreign like it's just the way of the world white men are peak, everyone else male is not and in light novels tend to be used as fodder for the self insert to hack to pieces
