So….what the FUCK were the Elder Bains? I get they’re Lovecraftian entities, but what kind? Ancient aliens? Beings from other dimensions which sometimes intersect with ours? Servants of Great Old Ones? Why do they even care to eat humans (besides horror schlock)? Why do they care about / honor that old blood pact or whatever it was?
