Falling Devil has orders from Death not to kill Denji and she probably Asa and Yoru as well.
Though it's unclear exactly what Death's plans are for Asa and Yoru considering the Falling Devil arc had them served on a dinner plate.
Fire Devil seems to be meddling with Death's plans so the other Fakesaw that saved them before may appear again soon.
