I don't think it refers to the time back when they met, as the song is placed at the time when Hatsune "trapped" Sakiko.
The entire first part of the song goes that Hatsune painted a twisted sky, Sakiko fell "wingless", Hatsune got a hold of her (touched something scared), then comes the line "become my myth tonight", and then she follows up by saying that there's no escape (for Sakiko) and that she confines her as she weakens.
That part can be understood in many different ways, and a sexual interpretation of that part is one of those possible ways.
