Read it again, they stole shit and ran away. Bondrewd only asked them to let him experiment of their crew, he got one to experiment and now he is returning him.

Riko team killed two bodies and stopped fighting because that is what Prushka wanted. Reg went unconscious and Bondrewd could have killed them if he was just actually trying to do that. The time Riko gang killed the first body he just praised them while they did it and after completing Prushka he neutralized them in seconds while being careful to not cause any lasting damage. Not saying he is invincible but he is way more powerful than you give him credit. Many attempts to capture or kill him have been made already and apparently none of the other white whistles like him.
