Not sure about paying for stuff on bilibili, but I literally just registered maybe two hours ago.
For whatever reason, the bilibili phone app (but not the main site) lets you register with your Facebook or Gmail account. You can then log into the site on your desktop by just scanning the displayed QR code with your bilibili app.
Meanwhile, I only see the typical options to sign in directly into the desktop site via QQ, WeChat, etc. I think you can also just register your phone number, but I couldn't be assed.
